The staff at the PDSA are brilliant in every way possible. We took our to there emergency cover at night and had to go back following day to be told he had to have a operation on his paw. The care he was given during and after was top class and they kept in contact with u during the time he was there to put your mind at rest. Top class vets and dedicated people.

As a family we took our furry baby to the out of hours service last night where she sadly passed away. The vet was absolutely fantastic with us all showing great support to us & ensuring our much loved doggy was comfortable. We can’t thank you all enough for your wonderful help & assistance at such a difficult time.

First visit at Easter was fantastic....saved my cats life and a huge thanks for that....why only 2 stars you ask!!!! He came home with a broken tooth part of his whiskers cut and a ulcer on his eye non of which were anything to do with his illness and I had no explanation.....still would have been 4 stars at that point....I was told to bring him back for a final check up and that is when it was my displeasure to meet a different vet called Kurt who told me I should not have bought him back and that I had now stressed my cat and probably caused him more problems!! My poor mother was in tears!!! Not good!!.....sorry to the lovely staff over Easter who saved his life ...U did great!!

Very rude receptionist! My cat had a kitten that was stuck and they said it was my fault! The vet however was more understanding and saved my cat.

Wonderful people with big loving hearts. They took the best care of my kitten and are very caring and reassuring. If your pet has to stay over night they let you phone up whenever you like to check on them and see how they are doing.
