Have been using this vets for about 20 years. They have treated all my pets from mice to a malamute-cross.  They are compassionate and knowledgeable. It may not have all the latest equipment but this is reflected in the cost.  
My mouse had a lump removed and she then lived another year which given another local vets said it's not worth treating a mouse speaks volumes in my opinion.

Very helpful and kind kind staff. My puppy loves his visits to the vets. Can always get information on anything you need. Not cheap but that's why I covered him with the booster for life scheme.

Demat my poodle. Trimmed nails. Cleaned ears. Under sedation. I was quoted £120 bill was £198. Didn't expect the extra bill. Maybe a phone call first would of been better.

I am reviewing on behalf of my nan. You're lucky to receive 1 star as if there was a option for none it would have been more appropriate.
Firstly this vets decided to dock part of my nans dogs tail off and then afterwards offer it to be sent off for analysis which surely should have taken place before depriving him of his tail via swaps etc...  And finally when he was dieing in my nans house and the call was made for a vet to come and give him his final bit of life in the comfort of his own home. The vets basically denied the privilege and didn't have anyone on hand or want to know. It was left till near closing time before my uncles took it into their own hands and took him to the vets and demand something to be done. This should have been dealt with as a priority rather than makin him suffer!! Never again and our families will never use this vets.

This place is a joke, cat had a blockage which needed a op, not a massive thing for a healthy 6 year old Tom. To receive a phone call saying he is fine and op went good with no complications but they wanted to keep him for observation which is understandable to receive another saying he died within 5 minutes of being 'ok'. Then they say we will waver fee which I found rather odd leading me to believe they have had done something wrong to receive another call a week later saying bill had to be paid full within 2 weeks. So another words I know more about they price of eggs in China than these so called professionals do animals. Keep your pets safe and away from here.
