Shocking from start to finish. Significantly inflated prices for treatments and surgical procedures. Poor care - they did not know my dog was due in for an op, didn't know what the op was for, which vet had seen him in consultation or where the issue was. He was in the vest from 8am until 2pm with no surgery so 6 hours of unnecessary stress. Then sent home after 2 hours, almost unable to walk with no prescribed pain relief. Neglectful and poor customer service means we will find another vet from hereonin and would encourage you to do the same!

Damson House were recommended to me many years ago as specialist Shar Pei vets and they indeed they have been taking great care of not only my pei, but all of my dogs, for 10+ years.  All four vets are superb and the most caring professionals I've met - dog ownership is an emotional thing and they've always made me feel informed and confident that my dogs are in safe hands.  but more than that, the whole practice is a friendly, well run affair - the vet nurses are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and you can see they are as invested in your dog's well being as you are - more than once they've been in tears with me... the same and more! can be said for the reception team - they always find me an appointment usually at short notice when one of the dogs has done something daft or is very poorly, they are great about ignoring the billing side of things until later when they can see your mind is focused only on your dog at that moment and they are, without exception, animal lovers and people lovers who understand the importance our pets have in our lives.  I find their pricing to be reasonable when compared to other local practices, but when considering the service I receive I think it's actually incredibly good value for money - you can't put a price on peace of mind

Now it's changed hands still great, wish it was open different hours. But cannot have it all.

Excellent caring vet there. However Medivet need 2 invest their profits in a complete site renovation and training reception staff to appear more enthusiastic and welcoming and equality caring.

Lost my dog and they held him until I collected him. They looked after him so well. This will be my vets for my dog in future x

Great vets, cared for my dog

My dog was having trouble eating and on having a consultation with the vet a at Damson House Vets they told us she had gum disease which our other vet did not pick up on, so after a good scale and polish she is now able to eat pain free. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable would highly recommend.

Unfortunately had to rush my elderly boxer in as he began having seizures. The staff was absolutely brilliant and supportive through the whole process. Sadly my dog had to be put to sleep but again the staff and the vet was really supportive in such a traumatic time. Cant thank them enough for the kindness.
