"We are a long established vet practice striving to serve the local community through a high level of veterinary clinical service, preventative health care, client education and awareness.Everyone who works for us owns pets and understands that our pets are part of our family! With that in mind, we take great pride in treating every pet like we would treat our own, providing a welcoming approach for all. So TLC, reassurance, cuddles and treats are part of our treatment regime.Our main surgery, which houses our hospital and 24 hour emergency service, is based just on the edge of Solihull town centre with branch surgeries in Bentley Heath and Acocks Green."

Thank you so much to Helena, she recently saw my cat Pixie. Pixie was so relaxed and completely happy to be there. I didn’t feel rushed as I have done elsewhere, It’s so lovely to see your own pets who you love so dearly being treated so kindly. Great to see a separate waiting room for cats too. 10/10 service
Lovely practice with very friendly staff. Just got our bunny vaccinated & spayed here and I knew she was in very good hands. They gave us lots of information and have been very helpful with any questions we've had. Would recommend for you and your pets!
608 vets - friendly, caring service. From walking into the reception, seeing the vet to the dispensary - all staff make you and your pet feel at ease. Have been registered with 608 for 12 years and would not go anywhere else. The vet we see, is down to earth, treats your pet as if it was their own. Explains things in a way that’s understandable, allowing you time to ask questions and never makes you make a decision straight away - gives you that time to take in what’s being said. They are amazing at making you feel at ease, regardless of how big or small your concern is. I trust them with all of my pets 3 dogs and having that trust is why I would only go to 608.
Lovely Vet and nurse. My cat is usually wary of strangers,but was very well behaved. She was treated gently but efficiently,and medication that was used has proved to remedy my concerns. Very pleased indeed.
I have previously taken hamsters to 608 for treatment and had to visit them again yesterday. As usual all the staff were friendly and helpful in securing my hamster urgent attention as she had suddenly developed a breathing issue. Once I arrived she was whisked off by a nurse for oxygen treatment and as it was sometime before the vet could then see her. In the meantime I was given regular updates until I got to chat to the vet and we came away with a course of antibiotics and follow up visit booked for 3 days time plus instructions to get back in touch if her symptoms were causing me to worry further.
608 vets showed amazing care to my cat. When it was time to let her go the staff were amazing. They showed such care and compassion to me and my beloved cat Fifi.
Excellent service, as always. Our wait was a little longer than normal and than expected as there was a dog owner with the same name as our dog so the situation got a little confused when they came to call. However, the vet was extremely thorough and explained each of the possible diagnoses clearly. Would highly recommend 608 to you and your pets.
Have been with 608 for many years and have always been more than satisfied with their treatment of my cats. BUT last Friday was an awful experience.. My cat Teddie was booked for her annual vaccination and the vet we saw was new to me. He barely spoke, there was no interaction with me or Teddie. Seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Quick weigh-in, quick check of heart, quick vaccination and that was it! Glad I wasn’t there for any diagnosis of illness or a last farewell.. or I think I would have walked out.
Vets and all other staff including receptionists were so kind, professional and caring. We really appreciate the care you gave to our cat Pippin. Thankyou!
normally have a really good experience with 608 receptionist, however a couple months ago we phoned in saying our kitten is not eating and she feels cold and we would like her to be seen straight away. receptionist told us to keep an eye on her but didn’t book us in. we had to phone up twice before we got an appointment in the evening, which was too late as my kitten had passed away in my arms on the way to the vets. i found this so unprofessional from the receptionist as if i’m telling you my cat needs medical attention and needs to be seen, that’s what should happen. i understand vet practices are extremely busy but if a customer is phoning you multiple times for an appointment then it should occur to you that it is an emergency. however, the vets were really sympathetic. update: i’ve tried emailing you and it’s been over a month with no response?
