Dubious. Unable to add memory to my laptop, "too old". Took it to Walkley PC shop and the guy upgraded it in 5 minutes...£15. Nice manner as well.  Laptop now as good as new.  I did not need another Laptop after all.

Took to pc techniques to re fit hdmi that had been damaged due to son transporting with lead in and he knocked it, they apparently fixed the board and the hdmi but on putting in the hdmi lead it pushed into the casing. It has since been taken apart to reveal lots of sticky substance that was done by pc techniques, and not much soldering see pictures pc techniques accused my son of breaking it but he has had several x boxes and other gadgets that are well maintained other that this one where he broke it in transit his own fault he was transporting it with cable in and he got very upset with his mistake He called back to explain what happened but pc techniques was very rude to an 11 year old autistic child. Explanation for exact effect it had on my son he would have been ok with an explanation that they couldn't fix it as he contacted a few repair shops and they said they didn't have the capability to fix xbox a series S as it would cost too much for the job. so he would have understood if pc techniques did the same rather than getting his Hope's up that they could fix it correctly.  Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ BEFORE USING took my own nvme 3.2 drive that  cost me £80, stated that tried to install but it wont boot at bios. Said he could do it, Accepted £45 quote for 10 min job. He Called me back to ask about job explained again. He  Called again next day said he couldn’t do as it was an nvme drive did tell them this Explained too him it can be put on the ssd side. He wanted to exchange my drive for an inferior cheap version. £20 Or an extra £65. I Politely declined to which he got nasty said come pick it up. Got to the shop was confrontational and very rude. Got home and the crews have been rounded of will have to drill out. Hope he’s not done anything destructive inside when able to open up. Said he can’t solder, maybe he’s in the wrong profession.

Steve was very helpful in providing recommendations for four older systems that I required upgrades for.  Instead of advising to get new systems, he proceeded to add Windows 10 and memory upgrades resulting in systems that once again are like new and functioning well.  Reasonable charges and quick turnaround.  Good to have found Steve.

Excellent, fast and reliable. Brought in my faulty PC and just hours later got a call-back that it is ready and can be picked up. Price for the repair + part was unbelievably low and more than fair. Will use again and recommend to others

Absolutely fantastic service. This shop is a ‘must go to’ for Mums & Dads who’s kids ask for their first ‘gaming pc’. The advice on offer is honest and they can help you buy to a given budget/needs. It’s also a superb info & purchase resource for anyone looking to buy exactly to their needs without being bamboozled out of their cash by some young sales hungry wannabe in a pc chain shop. My sons existing pc upgraded to gaming status without costing me a holiday! He’s a very happy young chap now. Summary: you need a pc/Mac/laptop and want to get a good machine that does the job with options to upgrade later if/when you need? Get thee to this shop.

Took my PC in for repair, he had it done within a couple of days and done perfectly. 10/10

Amazing service! Rang up this morning with a problem with our work computer & was working in no time!! Highly recommend. Lovely staff :
