Rather small boots, but very easy to find what you are looking for and the staff are very friendly and polite and are knowledgeable on their products so are ready to help

It's what you would expect of a small Boots store.  They manage to cram a wide range of products into a small space but it is not  a always easy to find things. Few staff but they are friendly and  helpful.  Not all products are competitively priced but occasionally there is something much cheaper than the price charged by the supermarkets.

Very unpleasant customer service

Crap online service.
Ordered a canvas print online:
"Your shop will contact you when it is ready to pick up"
Not one contact about it,
A week later,
Went to the shop just to see if it was ready, it was sitting there along with a huge pile of prints.
The canvas frame was warped although the print was good.
Again no contact at all regarding the order; which actually in this country is par for the course in customer service;  nil to crap.
