Tills were cashed up and store shut and not one of the 3 staff on duty had the where-with-all to say to me that the store would be shutting soon and if I wanted to make a purchase to take my items to the till. Having no tannoy was blamed, although I was within view of the till ("we saw you were engrossed" was one comment) and within earshot. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to ask if was ok or if I needed any assistance. Really poor customer service!!!

Small Halfords, but a lot of gear for cycles, car, with a smaller selection of other items such as camping. The staff are absolute magicians at changing car headlight bulbs. It doesn’t seem to matter how tight the cavity or impossible the access, they do it in a few minutes.

Arrived few miutes before closing time and they fitted a new headlamp bulb with no worries! Cheers guys you are lifesavers :)

Highly recommend these guys for bikes - VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Took my son's bike in with a problem - they fixed it for free. Bought a Voodoo mountain bike - fantastic bike at great price. Due to the excellent service I have revisited many times.
