The staff are nice and will always try to help you. Unfortunately the lines can be long but the prices of the games and DVDs are very good. The tech (phones, computers etc) is quite expensive though. Everything is covered by a warranty though and they do tend to hold up their end.

Large shop. Lots of game titles and dvds/blu rays. Can usually find it for the price its going on ebay so not too bad at all.

Good prices in most things. Some higher purchase items are 20% higher than even Game

Its a small shop. My experience here wasnt great since I ended queuing up for agues when the staff could have made all those returning goods/exchange queue at one till, and those lurchasing go to another.
