We ordered 4 portions of fish and chips and it literally took less than 5 minutes to be ready. That means no unnecessary wait time. The fish and chips is heavenly. Well made. I had salt and vinegar sprinkled on mine. Pleasant staff.

11/10 Amazing food, generous portions, reasonably priced and the staff were outstanding.  Popped in for lunch as I was in the area, I got the Chicken Strips, a cone of chips with salt and vinegar plus a pot of gravy. There were a few customers in but no one had to wait at all really. The food was still hot by the time I got to Otterbourne to eat it! Highly recommended!!

Popped in about 8.45 on Thursday 26th Jan. Absolutely spot on fish and chips, batter was really crispy and thin, fish very flaky and white. Chips were very tasty too. Had a good chat with the fryer, who really knew his stuff. Very clean shop. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Well done guys.

Extremely impressed with the protective measures introduced. Raised the click and collect last night turned up dead on the collect time. Read my unique number and was passed my order from under a screen, all packed in a large bag and piping hot. Was there and back in 5mins. The food as always was fantastic! Great job

This place is daylight robbery over charged me a cone of chips was just enough to fill the 90p bap that i brought. The chips at nearly £2 chips tasted as tho they were yesterdays re-heated i have been a chef the last 11 years and from a place with such good reviews 'if they are real' would expect better. When phoning to ask about being double charged, jake who works here swore down the phone over talked me and wasn't professional at all other than asking me to go back there and he will ' sort me out' would recommend to go to the bakery across the road

Great fish and chips generous portions a lil more expensive than some other chippies however their lunchtime meal deals are very good value, food and portion sizes are worth every penny

Chips about as greasy as Gosport. Dan's fish is superior. Lovely mush. Would reccomend.  Vegetarian options: They exist, just not here.

Best chip shop around. Huge portions of really good food.Food: 5/5

Really good chips - not too greasy, but not too dry. Good sized portions. Their lunchtime set meals are good value for money.
