My wife and I wanted an early dinner so stopped here about 5.15pm. We both ordered regular cod and chips with mushy peas for £7.99 each. The portions were just right and cooked to perfection. We could have had extra chips for free but we were satisfied with what we had already. Our server, Sofia, was friendly and efficient.

The Burgers here are delicious, really enjoyable and for a great price. The orange juice could be better quality though

Now closed for good as original owners have sold the chain to deep blue restaurants. The west Quay unit is now going to be a slim chicken a new chain ran by the original owners. I suspect existing Harry Ramsdens will close in certain areas too depending on location or become deep blue instead.

Very attentive staff and delicious food the only down side was that we could not use the Wi-Fi service as our phone numbers and postcodes where not recognisable in the login app

Good restaurant but not the perfect one for fish and chips

Excellent service friendly, clean and tidy restaurant.  The food was well presented and the many coffee's was great. When visiting West Quay again I would most certainly come back.

No service no smiles checked to see if food was ok which it wasnt it was greasy over cooked waitress is very rude there was also food on the floor and tables and no knives or folks in sight
