Never been to the frying fish before first time last night was really busy, customers seemed very happy to wait the staff was very polite, professional even tho under huge amount of presure. Food was very nice will be coming back. The young lady that served me was very nice all staff seemed happy, when was waiting for food it was very good to see how well the staff communicated and asked each other if they needed any help. If this was my business I would be proud of the staff working last night.
Had lunchtime sausage and chips today. Waited ages as all orders for sausages cooked fresh. When got to eat the chips were not very nice and looked like they been there a while. Why can't they have limited amounts of sausages etc ready pre cooked??? Will not be returning
The portions are absolutely tiny. £2.60 for a 'regular' which is barely a small portion anywhere else you would go. Also I had a few chips which looked bruised and discoloured.
Portions of chips are usually quite large whatever size you ask for but very good value for price your charged
Ordered 2 plaice and chips . Plaice was tasteless and soggy, no taste of fish at all. Chips were bearable but very small portions. Will not be returning
Always use this shop,lovely and clean and chips not reheated.have to ask not too many chips portions very big

Great food, great portion sizes, a small is about the same you’d get for a large in other places and friendly and welcoming staff
