Used them for years but now unlikely to again. Took them best part of 2weeks to get a part that I managed to get in 2hrs. Also added £50 to the price of part from main dealer. Really disappointed

After a whole week after taking my car there they say they can't even begin to do anything without some details. I complained as to why these 7 days I was told that they were just waiting to hear from the warranty company. The guy said to not bother giving the details! I was moaning and life is to complicated to hear that sort of stuff bla bla bla! The guy is nuts!

My Girlfriend took her car in! Was charged over 300 pounds for new all new injectors seals! I thought was strange all injectors seals gone so rang to ask about it! Was told to go away ring back when I didn't want an argument and stop accusing him of ripping off women! Took the car out the garage put in to a diesel specialist to find no seals were needed and the previous reconditioned injector he'd fitted was actually a second hand one that had failed in just over 2months! Never deal with this garage!!

I have used Paul Spalding for many years and for a good few cars. Their work has always been fantastic and they have been very patient and willing to help with numerous issues that I have been having with my Peugeot 207.
