Needed to find a new place for my MOT as the garage I previously used closed down. I had a look on Google for somewhere new and this place had great reviews. Definitely agree with the great reviews that they have. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

I have used this garage for my MOT's and other works and can say that the service is impeccable. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They are really trustworthy. Had my partners car booked in today for and MOT and they have done everything described. I felt like I should write this review today as every time I have dealt with them they have been the same. Just had an MOT at Grove Autos. Fantastic Customer service. Would highly recommend.
Booked MOT a month in advance on a Saturday as I work Monday-Friday. They wait until 3 days before to cancel my appointment saying they have no-one available to do the MOT. Now I have to try to fine a garage who can book me in last minute and will most likely have to take time out of work which I was trying to avoid in booking on a Saturday so thank you Groves Autos.
Customer's service is the absolute best in Harlow! Have been using there services for many many years 43 when it was originally Harlow Car Spares... sometimes Loyalty is never this good.
My go to garage in Harlow, absolutely great at what they do and within reasonable time scales! Reasonably priced work and honest mechanics have worked on a lot of my cars throughout the years. Got told from other garage my gearbox had gone, took it to groves and they found the fault was actually the much cheaper!!! driveshaft… they acquired the part, fitted and handed me back the keys all within 24 hours. saved me aload of money and time. 100% recommend - I won’t go anywhere else thank you again Services: Exhaust
