My insurance company used this garage after my accident, it took a while to get my car there for assessment and arrange courtesy car this was my insurance company's fault not DWS but I'd like to say Amy and Janet were very understanding, professional and helpful in trying to help me. Thank you very much for everything you done to help!!
My wife had an accident in her Suzuki Ignis, not major but bad enough, Nationwide Crash Repairs handled the repair via our insurers. It was in the repair shop for 14 days, the car came back in perfect spotless condition, the staff were lovely. Am very HAPPY
Pleasantly surprised. Having read some of the reviews, was a bit worried when my insurance company chose this garage. But, 6 working days later and my car has been repaired, looking good as new. Was kept updated all the way through, with regular phone calls as to what stage the vehicle was at. Repair work appears good and given a full breakdown of what was done. Thank you DWS
Had my car repaired here after an accident, really impressed with the repairs. The body work repairs were up to a high standard, and they were very good at updating myself as to how the repairs are going. It only took 1 week for all of the repairs to be done and they did a really great job. Would highly recommend.
Avoid----THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Briefly explaining: They have had my car 8 weeks now and still counting i was told around 6 working days initially and they still have no idea when its expected to be completed. Gave back my car with a wonky bonnet and expected me to pay the excess.Good thing i checked it! Customer service is horrendous. NIKKI on the fone absolutely mannerless-she hung up on me! Can barely get through to the phone half the time. They cannot give an expected time frame STILL! Absolutely shambles the place is! I just want my car back-2 months without it and im lumbered with a Nissan Juke. After placing a complaint at head office got a few update calls from managers but that stopped at a few. My insurance have been to inspect vehicle on my request and pointed out paint used is not matching.The alignment is still not acceptable. My insurance have decided to give them a final chance before my car is sent directly to Mercedes. God help me! How they are approved repairers I have no idea- they're a bloody Joke! Would NOT recommend even if services were free!
Took our VW Golf car in for bodywork repairs to front panel on Tuesday p.m. and returned with work done 3 days later. Their communication in updating on progress was excellent and the work has been done satisfactorily. No complaints at all. Vincent Williams
Insurance company chose this rubbish company. These people picked up my car and checked it all over including the fact my petrol tank was quarter filled. My car was barely damaged just a few scratches on the back of the bumper. Considering they spray painted the whole bumper it came back worst it had a chip on the back on the side of the bumper and that end of it was not pushed back properly. My petrol was practically gone too, the guy said they are only allowed to put £8 petrol in it, they must of been driving around the world in it because I'm only in crystal palace. I called up this place and they never answer the phone i called over many weeks when i did get through they said they would call back which they never did. I even rang the insurance company and they called them and told them to ring me, when they did the woman promised she will call back but a whole year later and no call. My car looked worse when i got it back from them.
I got my car repaired here after an as accident. Good job done but it took 22 days to complete the repairs. Friendly staff.
Very pleased with all the people & service at DWS cannot fault them. I would recommend them, they have an excellent set up & are very nice people to work for.
