Forgot and left a £50 note in a small purse in the centre console compartment, which my wife leaves in the car all the time for contingencies. Checked as soon as I got the car and the money was gone! Informed them and they vehemently insisted that it’s never happened and that they’ve got cctv all around, will check and get back to me. It’s been 1 month now and I haven’t heard from them. The repair was to the back bumper, I wondered why anyone will go into the centre console!
AVOID like the plague if you can. Unfortunately my insurance assigned Fix Auto after my accident. My vehicle was dropped off 3 months ago and was subjected to a shoddy initial assessment. I was told the required parts were ordered then I received no update whatsoever up until last week. I constantly called and the receptionist would either promise someone will call with an update or it would ring out. Eventually I was contacted by the parts team who told me that necessary items were missed on the initial assessment and I would have to wait for them to be delivered. I assume I’ll be waiting another three months now. I’m so upset my insurer deems these as suitable for business. I’ve complained but in reality what will that do? Awful customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m actually concerned I’ll never see my car again. Utter disgraceService: Body & Trim
Had to have the boot resprayed so left my car with them for three days. When i got the car back it was washed. Hoovered. Polished and as good as new. Customer service was brilliant. They stayed in contact throughout the whole job. Very professional. Friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Would definatly be using fix auto gapjmw again.Service: Painting

From the first phone call from BODYTECH to arrange collection of my car to the moment the friendly helpful driver handed me back my keys after the repairs were done the service I have received has been first class !! I was kept up to date with the progress and the finished job is amazing !. Thank you everyone at BODYTECH you have been FANTASTIC ! Anne Whymark
Car been back water in rear light had to take car back again for the same problem
