Absolute joke of a company, avoid like the plague. Have to be carefull what I say here, because I will be putting a complaint in to the ombudsman. Dealing with this company over the past year, I have witnessed two different managers. I am currently having to pay rates on two properties, I believe because of their ineptitude. I will post again when I have gone through all the required processes. It will not let me give no stars, but believe they do not deserve any. I have to give one to get this published.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company. It took 8 months from the date my property was sold to complete. Paul Dubberley recommend Talbots solicitors to the purchaser who were absolutely atrocious constantly contacting my solicitor with questions even after my solicitor had answered all the questions on previous occasions. It took so long for Talbots to get their act together the mortgage offer had run out. I tried to contact Paul Dubberley head office but they don’t take calls there. 2 days before completing I get a call from Paul Dubberley saying I needed to remove a fridge freezer from the property even though it was being sold with the property and was listed as part of the property and according to one of the staff at Paul Dubberley the buyer had asked them weeks ago for it to be removed. I then had to travel back to the Midlands leave a job I was working on up in Blackpool to remove the fridge wasting my time and money because Paul Dubberley had not passed the message on weeks before.
I have dealt with Chole Even at the above estate agent and she is truly am amazing lady. She was punctual and very helpful in response to my email or phone call. Chole is a credit to Paul Dubblerley Estate Agency and I which her well.
Expect you to do your own viewings and don’t have a clue what contract chasing is! As soon as you have an offer accepted you are soon forgotten about until they come chasing for their money
Paul Dubberley was recommended to me to sell my parents house from my solicitor. I was very pleased with the initial valuation of the property, and the way my property was marketed. Kristian kept me informed throughout the process of selling my property, he is a lovely friendly guy, and very easy to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble. He always got back to me with things I was unsure of. I want to thank Paul Dubberley and especially Kristian for selling my home and making the process so easy.
I enlisted in the advice and support from Paul Dubberley’s mortgage advisor, Joanna Rubrycka when it came to finding my first home. I cannot praise her service enough- she was extremely helpful and explained the whole processes of viewing and buying a home in a way that me and my partner could easily understand. She was always available when we needed advice and was extremely professional. Joanna helped to take the pressure off us when purchasing our first home by liaising with our conveyances regularly. She also ensured that she would find the best mortgage deal to meet our financial needs. I highly recommend Joanna’s service- she’s been an angel . From Sally and Derry!
