Good letting agent! We have used K2 on two occasions now & never had a single problem with them. Once we had an issue with the gas boiler then within a day they had arranged for an engineer to come and fix it.

Haven't even had the chance to have any kind of experience with K2 I've rang and rang them all I get is someone saying talk to my colleague, takes my number and then I get nothing. Other times I try to call I just constantly get " please stay on the line, the number you are calling knows you are waiting " straight after it will say " the person you are calling is busy on another line? " why ask me to wait then three times over? Lol

We had a great experience renting a property through k2 properties. We found them very helpful and the fees were reasonable. We got our full deposit back in approx 5 days which I was really impressed with along with  other factors that made them a much better agency to rent through than the many other larger and less personal agencies. Had we not bought a property we'd definitely have rented from them again.

I took a property from K2 earlier this year and found the whole team exceptional. Great customer service and very friendly. Always dealt with any issues in a timely and rapid manner. Thanks guys.
