There was a no 0 star option. Seriously the worst estate you can find. If your a landlord and want to rent your property go elsewhere the fees alone will deter tenants (i am one). It’s £240 to Reserve the property and then another £90 for checks. Staff are consistently rude and when you inquire about it they act like you have just insulted there mother. They haven’t a clue what there doing. We drove across town only to be told they don’t have the keys. What kind of estate agents arranges a viewing and then doesn’t have the keys this happened twice, twice. 

I don’t write reviews regularly and I don’t like giving negative reviews but these guys really do take liberties. Read the other reviews  (Home point your more than welcome to contact me for basic phone and personal manner)

I really want to give them 0 stars. 
If someone have time to deal with that kind of unproffesional people go ahead. They said so many different things! First of all I was waiting 3months for electrician to fixed my kitchen lights. Booked off from work and then they cancelling few times. Then someone come to check my boiler after 3 months live in (after I give my notice, someone probably get scared lol) 
And the most ridiculous thing-deposit! 
First- when I said I want to finish my contract before the date, very very rude guy said I can't, I need to pay rent for whole months left, then he changed mind and said I need to pay termination fee which was one month rent (charge from my deposit-no problem, I'm understand)
Second- later I speak with someone else (I don't know names, so many people answer phones) he said if they find someone to rent flat before my last day I'm gonna get my whole deposit! Yes!!
But no, I just get email they want to give me back £25 😂 Because of "check out fee" (someone just came to get my keys and they charge £75)
So if someone have too much money and loads of time and patience to deal with that kind of stuff I'm recommending!
For all normal people stay away! It's not worth.

Take my advice and stay clear of these cow boys!!! Impossible to list all the problems I’ve had in 5 months but nothing but lies, incompetence and unprofessionalism. I’m amazed they are still trading. Something needs to be done about them! Only interested if they are chasing a fee.... don’t turn up when they say they will, get you to fill out your own employers reference, don’t sort maintenance issues, find out you’re being chucked out by seeing a for sale board in your garden, lies on more lies and pass the buck. Oh and don’t return deposits. Scary in this day and age people like this can get away with it!!

Advertised 2 bed flat, on viewing it was 1 bed and a cupboard with no natural light. They suggested the CUPBOARD was a 2nd bedroom for a child!!!

Absolutely appalling service.

Do not know why there are so many negative ratings... for us it has been a perfect agency. When we needed them most, helped us to keep renting property by asking landlord if we could and said yes. Happy to recommend
