Hi All, It was a satisfactory journey with ConnelIs-Walsall, with Bethany Lewis for helping me find a place. Must say, she is very professional and cooperative. I have been looking for a place to live and recently moved to UK and Connells made it easy for me.
Beth was amazing! She was caring and understanding of what I needed and was a great help. She was very warm and welcoming and answered any questions that I asked. Highly recommend her.

If you are selling your property, it is better to not waste your time with them. Getting to market was an effort as they were slow to respond and process anything. I had zero feedback after viewings which were very few. Even after chasing them up, no feedback. I was on the market for a year but they never contacted me to tell me anything about the market or change the strategy with selling the property. Even when emailing them to take the property off the market, there was no reply. Maybe my property is trash and needs to be sold for half the price. Ok, call me, email me, tell me that your valuation was wrong and to change the asking price. But no, there is no communication from Connells. I actually learnt more about the market and strategies to sell different types of properties in one phone call to Green’s than I ever did in a year of terrible communication with Connells.
I would like to ‘Thankyou’ Neelam Kumari for explaining the different policies and not putting pressure as I have experienced from other companies. She was very clear, gave me time to think and most importantly Neelam was very approachable/friendly during my meeting, and I felt comfortable.
Dreadful experience with Alicia Leatherland, Amanda Brookes and SallyAnne West. Dreadful experience. Poor communication. Slow responses. Lack of support. Waste of time and money. This firm caused the property purchase to fall fail.
I had a wonderful Experience there, Beth was friendly and helpful in finding a place for me to stay for me and my wife Laura. Answered all of my questions and I am very thankful. Thank you for your time!
April 2022- Adam and Beth have been on the ball since day one in finding us a new tenant. Prompt in responding to emails, always answer calls and marketed property immediately. This is amazing as this is not the experience we have had with another estate agent in walsall, which we have been with for years. Excellent service from connells Walsall so far, keep up the good work. Thank you for treating us well and giving us the peace of mind by finding tenants sooner rather then later. Oct2022- Therese has been amazing and shown us what really a fully managed service should look like. This is after awful service from Bairstow eves for many years as fully managed landlords. Thank you once again for all your effort. Would definitely recommend connells walsall to landlords and they get the right tenants in. My current tenants through have been amazing.
When I decide to use you guys I was glad to have found someone to help as much as you did but one person stood out to me and that was Beth didn’t get her last name but she was incredibly professional and i was so glad I chose to use you guys!! Thank you for your hard work
