Had a great experience with Connells. Bethany was really helpful finding somewhere that met my criteria but was also affordable a tough ask in todays climate. Great communication, quick turnaround and would recommend contacting for anyone struggling to find a place

Hi All, It was a satisfactory journey with ConnelIs-Walsall, with Bethany Lewis for helping me find a place. Must say, she is very professional and cooperative. I have been looking for a place to live and recently moved to UK and Connells made it easy for me.

Beth was amazing! She was caring and understanding of what I needed and was a great help. She was very warm and welcoming and answered any questions that I asked. Highly recommend her.

If you are selling your property, it is better to not waste your time with them. Getting to market was an effort as they were slow to respond and process anything. I had zero feedback after viewings which were very few. Even after chasing them up, no feedback. I was on the market for a year but they never contacted me to tell me anything about the market or change the strategy with selling the property. Even when emailing them to take the property off the market, there was no reply.  Maybe my property is trash and needs to be sold for half the price. Ok, call me, email me, tell me that your valuation was wrong and to change the asking price. But no, there is no communication from Connells.  I actually learnt more about the market and strategies to sell different types of properties in one phone call to Green’s than I ever did in a year of terrible communication with Connells.

Dreadful experience with Alicia Leatherland, Amanda Brookes and SallyAnne West. Dreadful experience. Poor communication. Slow responses. Lack of support. Waste of time and money. This firm caused the property purchase to fall fail.

I had a wonderful Experience there, Beth was friendly and helpful in finding a place for me to stay for me and my wife Laura. Answered all of my questions and I am very thankful. Thank you for your time!

The best estate agent in Walsall with excellent service and good customer relations with wonderful staff like Bethany who put all her efforts to make sure you get what you needed.
