A great pub with amazing humorous commentary throughout the pub done by its owner Patrick! Visited and rented his Airbnb for 3 nights and was a pleasure, everything went smoothly and allowed us to eat pizza from next door at his pub! Highly recommend for a visit! :
Went for a Friday evening social for a change and stayed there all night as they had a live band on, Adelphi which were great. Good atmosphere and staff. CheersService: 5/5
Superbly kept ales, entertaining landlord and an extraordinary new fresh, homemade, Italian kitchen run by the charismatic Rita. Patrick's and Rita's are reason enough to come to Bangor as the song says..

We were made very welcome by Patrick and his team. Beer excellent. He recommended the pizza nearby and even let us eat it in the pub. He also supplied fancy napkins by the roll. Sorry we left the pizza boxes behind. Well worth a visit.
Great selection of real ales....well worth a visit for a typical warm Irish welcome....Service: 5/5
Real ale hot-spot in Bangor. The landlord aims to keep three ales on pump at any one time, with the selection very diverse. At weekends, the pub is unexpectedly popular as a stop-off on pub crawls, so may be busy, but the atmosphere remains convivial and friendly. Irish theme-pub decor. Overall a unique experience you shouldn't miss.

Best Irish bar in all of Wales! Guinness was perfect! Good value beer, nice atmosphere and great service, the legend landlord even let us order in pizzas from next door! 10/10 would recommend!
