I've alalways been very happy with this practice. From the reception staff, nurses and the Doctors themselves, I have always received brilliant service.

Female receptionist is a total disgrace...she should not be employed in a position of trust when she is incapable of even checking the system to confirm an appointment made..tells a fasting diabetic to go to the hospital to get a blood test. Then arrogantly states that she is tired of people draining the NHS when i prove my appointment via text message....utter disgrace !!

Wow what can I say. The receptionist is so rude. I will be changing us go a better place. They need go get better staff
