I had to walk 30 mins to this delivery office after buying the postage online because Royal Mail won't let you take Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 parcels to the Post Office now! How wonderfully unhelpful. The Post Office is a much shorter 10 min walk - but i presume they've done this to get everyone buying home collection of their parcels instead which costs more money. You can use a Parcel Postbox too if you have one near you there aren't many in Glasgow but they don't give a receipt, that proves you posted it. I might use In Post in future they have lockers at Morrisons , it depends on the value of what i'm sending really.
The worst delivery ever, I have been at home but the courier never rings the doorbell and says that the address cannot be accessed, there is man to send a small card for re-delivery but there is no one to re-deliver, I don’t know why you don’t work with your salary, if you don’t want to work You can beg
Service is not good No one listened even after waiting for a long time closing time 6 o clock thursday And I came on the 3.50pm

Posted hours online and on door that shuts at 16:00 on Tuesdays. All locked up and shut at 15:45. No reason given.
Really great experience dealing with Stuart at the sorting office on Saturday. He truly went above and beyond to help me find a letter. Very helpful and kind. A real asset to royal mail!
Useless - always email to claim they tried to deliver when they clearly haven't
This is an update to the below review. Over one year since I went into the sorting office and spoke to Ross Cunningham I am still having mail left at the foot of the stairs. To clarify the postman has gained access to the building but simply cannot be bothered climbing the stairs. I was told my delivery was not in the office despite receiving an email telling me it was. After 5 requests to check and various excuses given they checked. The package was there, no apology just excuses. Asked to speak to the manager and I informed him I wanted to make a formal complaint. He stood with his arms folded and told me to phone the number on the website. He had no interest in taking my details and refused to give his name. Ross Cunningham. Not the first time I've had problems here. Absolutely hopeless and spectacularly rude. I get a lot of deliveries and dread the ones sent via Royal Mail. No accountability and a real job for life attitude. Ross Cunningham is in 10 years of running an online business the most inept person I have had to deal with.
Visited to pick up a parcel. The parcel was politely handed to me without a wait. If I have to award stars for this I suppose it has to be 5 stars
Staff excellent, despite recovering from Christmas rush. Open to 19.OO, whereas it used to be 17.00. [before it was privatized/sold off by the Tories Right Wing in Westminster}!!!???
