In the past month I've bought 2 undercooked sausage rolls and today called ahead to order a "sausage sandwich on thin bread with a very little bit of ketchup spread on one side of the bread". When collected they had applied what looked like 2 dessert spoons of ketchup and the sandwich was so wet with it I had to it throw away. This is the second time it's happened in the last couple of months. I was going to take a picture of it, but it made me feel sick just looking at it. The ladies that work there could also do with a lesson in how to be friendly and smile...if you can't in a service industry you should look for something else to do. I have been a customer for over 18 months but now won't be returning :O(

2nd visit of the weekend and i am not dissapointed. Was going to go to the cafe with friends but that had shut mid afternoon so popped along to the bakery for a meal deal drink sandwich and cake for £3.50 result. Coffee was great and cakes and sandwich did not disappoint would highly recommend if in the area even if just for a cake. ☺
