A family bakery based in Bristol with over 50 shops serving hand made breads, cakes, sandwiches and other seasonal treats!

Story

The Parsons family has been making & baking for the people of the South West for over 100 years. The Bakery was started in the early 1900s, and has since been passed down through the generations from father to son.

We make and bake every single one of our delicious savouries, each loaf of bread and all the cakes and pastries in our craft bakery each day. We ship these out to our 38 stores situated in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, Cardiff, North Somerset, Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Glos, Oxfordshire, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire & Worcestershire.

Went for a family day out 6 of us ordered food.. only 2 got hot pasty's from the oven the other 4 were like warm at best. More pastry then filling. 2 got the wrong pasty's. All 3 woman serving were horrible. Really miserable and made it like we were an inconvenience making them do what they are paid for! Will never go back

Line etiquette please!! Ppl who work here. Deliberately ignored me in the queue, you want to stop eating the pies yourself and serve the correct customer you fat bingo-winged large beautiful ladies.

Served a almost stone cold pasty from a very miserable lady, what has happened to serving customers with a smile. Not a very nice experience as i felt pressured into making my mind up as soon as i got to the counter, having never been there before, i needed to see what was available for me to eat, so i chose the first thing i laid my eyes on with her being so impatient, and ended up paying almost £3 for a very cold, and very dry chicken and sweetcorn pasty, that had to go straight in the bin, as it was horrible along with the service!
