Had a wonderful afternoon tea - dainty finger sandwiches, scones + clotted cream + jam and top off with smaller cakes on top tier - my favourite custard slices + refillable pot of tea and pot of coffee. Was a lovely gift for my birthday.  Would recommend.

Used to be great but charging for butter with a croissant is a bridge too far. Seriously!?

I was asked what food I liked whilst in the que, only 1 person taking payments and by the time I got to till my food was cold, I had to ask for it to be reheated, so they put a cheese and ham toastie in the microwave, not impressed.
I've been to cabot circus and triangle branches and never had bad service, weston branch has totally let them down :(
