1st visit – they patched the car so that it would pass the MOT. After 3 days the patch started to rust. I phone them and they tell me they hadn’t painted the patch (car is silver so it looked the same). That’s fine, but tell me that I’ll need to paint it or it’ll rust. It’s now completely brown, even after I painted it (too late).

2nd visit – car was dodgy on start-up. They said all the spark plugs needed changed. No improvement once they’d done this. Then they found there was virtually no oil in the car. Yes, I’m an idiot and should have checked, but I’m not a mechanic, who really should have checked. And did those spark plugs really need to be done then?

Have been taking my car to Parklands for its service and MOT for the last four years. Always great service and excellent prices. Genuinely honest and will only charge you for work which needs doing. My girlfriend bought her last car from them also and they were great. Can't recommend enough.

Just bought 4 new Dunlop tyres from here and they supplied and fitted them for less than the internet.

RECENTLY BOUGHT A SKODA FABIA FROM BILL AT PARKLANDS , HE WAS GREAT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME AND SUPPLIED IT FULLY SERVICED AND WITH A NEW MOT AND A 6 MONTH WARRANTY . NO HASSLE NO STRESS AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
