My 1st time ordering from here was not a good experience to make me want to order from here again. I have been looking forward to macaroni cheese for a few days now, after tasting only 3 pieces of macaroni, the meal went in the bin. I would have trusted macaroni cheese out of a tin much better. Not only was the meal distasteful, but after the delivery driver walked around asking others where to find me, instead of calling me, my meal was not hot by the time it got to me. The 'fruit pieces' I received was a small tub of split open oranges, leaking on top of my meal, which was carried in the delivery drivers hand, not in any kind of bag or anything, where it might be kept warm or covered. There was ample amount of vegetables to go with the macaroni, but ideally for me, it would have been better for the macaroni to have been the main part of the meal, & not the vegetables. All in all it really didn't matter much because the overall macaroni dish was terrible and much much worse than hospital food. I have recently come out of hospital and would rate hospital food at 7 out of 10, compared to Parkcare Meals which I would generously rate at 3 out of 10. There was nothing nutritious at all about this meal. A complete and utter let down. At a price of £5.85, because of the quality of this meal, the price should be reduced to £3.85. Sorry Bradford Council but Parkcare Meals needs a big review. Maybe care homes deliver meals like these and they are deemed 'acceptable' but this is available to the public, & honestly, from my first meal, I deem this 'unacceptable'.
I use Park Care Meals for my Great Aunty in Bradford. The staff are friendly and always reliable and the food is really good quality. I would definitely recommend them.
Food is very good and nice but their communication and customer services needs a lot of improvement. Would give food five stars but only two given because of customer services.
