Chicken Cottage chickens are good. This particular outlet is no exception - decent food and polite enough staff. My two issues are that they round up the advertised price, so if the menu says something costs £3.99, say, they charge £4. It's too small an overcharge to make a fuss, which is probably how their excesses ramp up. The other thing is that some other chap walked in off the street and went straight in behind the counter. I don't know if he actually worked there but at no point did he wash his hands. He chatted for a while to the person serving me (who thankfully didn't shake his hand), helped himself to a drink and then left. These two points are why this outlet only gets three stars. If they sort out their attitude it would score higher.

I have ordered food from this place dozens of time.food is no doubt very tasty specially grilled food.but customer service is rubbish and worse.no they regards or shame at all.they dragged delivery more then 2 hours late not once or twice three times.me and my guests kept waiting for food all night.when ever I rang then they replied that just 15 to twenty minutes but that wasn’t the case. Since then I never ordered my food from them ever again.i order my food atleast 4 to 5 times a week and I tried few places better then this place.so don’t stick with one place try other places there is good food out there.

One of only a few takeaways that do a lamb-burger however it is heavily spiced but still worth a try. BBQ wings are great. Highly recommended as is the peri peri grilled chicken. Chicken fillet burgers are ordinary and do not come with cheese as standard. 10% NHS discount - but please confirm at the time of ordering. Fries are very very ordinary, almost tasteless. Prices are at the top end of the scale for bradford takeaways. Interior is tired and unheated so freezing in winter. Eating in is therefore not recommended. Sauces are complimentary. Limited selection of drinks as part of meal deal- Pepsi (though not Coke), tango and maybe 7-up or Capri-sun. Can of Rubicon is 30p extra.
