Cannot fault this business, I flew out on a one way, not exactly sure of a return date. Got a number to call once I knew my return date, called them, very professional dealt with my info, I did owe them for an overstay but that was sorted. Will definitely use them again.
Absolutely top notch service for drop off and pick up, they were fast, efficient and tracked our flight coming back so they knew exactly when we'd be coming in. All the staff were really helpful. These seem the least expensive parking at Leeds/Bradford too
Great when we dropped car off, but what a shambles coming home. Road in airport had been dug up at their drop off pick up point. Not there fault i agree, but no indication of where they had moved. 20 minutes after we arrived at sign and 2 sentinal buses had been and gone, someone rang them to see where there were. When keys were handed over was told where my car was. No lights outside. Lane signs as far as possible from key point. Had to wonder up and down in dark untill we eventualy found right lane.
Brilliant, we were diverted to Edinburgh and were 6 hours late! Quick phone call and we were picked up within 4 minutes at no extra cost! Highly recommend. Ignore the bad reviews
My cars was put into dynamic mode the lumbar seats adjusted and seat put foreward the sports exhaust opened to say I was disappointed Is an understatement. Then to send email to raise my concerns to be ignored even worse taste left in my mouth never again. All the forms you have to fill in makes out it’s a professional outfit but it’s not. Leave my car the way you found it then no problems
The facilities are not too bad, but the lady at the reception where you drop the keys was so disrespectful - it felt like we interrupted her morning by arriving there and spoken in a very disgraceful way. Not the start to the holiday you’d want.
I have used this parking for years now when flying from Leeds Airport, and have absolutely no complaints. Reasonably priced and very close to the terminal. Shuttle is frequent and staff are all very pleasant especially the cheerful drivers and Lyndsey in the office.
First time using this airport parking, I won’t be using again! Drop off was fine and parked in mother/child space had my 36 month granddaughter. However, pick up was a nightmare. Driver blocked in other taxi companies who were very vocal about their 10 min allowance. Returned to car park and my car was parked so close to the next car I couldn’t open driver door. I couldn’t climb across due to front passenger seat needing to be so far forward for my granddaughter’s rear facing car seat. The final straw was being shouted at by the bus driver for not holding my granddaughters hand through the car park. She was never in any danger, we were all on the path waiting for the bus to pass and she knew to follow my suitcase she doesn’t like holding hands. Think the driver needs inclusivity training for SEN children!
We used this company for the first time last week. Our return flight was delayed by 28hrs. The people at R2T were more then helpful + there was no extra charge for being late. We will definitely use them again. Thanks again.
Great service, arrived very early in the morning seen to straight away mini bus waiting to take us to the airport. Also on return very quick and prompt service. Will definitely use again.
