OK when it works but NO way to phone up with a query and website options don't always function. Requested confirmation e-mail twice. Never came! Obviously don't actually like their customers

It is really mean that is impossible to drop off for free.

Used the free 1 hour parking space. Arrived at 2.40am and upon exiting the carpark at 3.37am I was charged £30.00 before I could leave. Discusting. Next time we will use Manchester instead!

Long term parking relatively cheap but short term can be expensive - you pay for drop off so beware. There is a car park free for one hour but don't stay longer and it is a bit of a trick to the airport
