Great area for shopping. So many businesses crammed close together but still very busy with crowds of people even in 2025. Excellent transport facilities via train and buses and in fact the main train station is literally next door!nnHuge car park with easy access to roads and walkways leading access back through to the city centre.
Good sized retail park with some well known brands. Plenty of parking which is free for 3 hours. There's a fair selection of shops here, from clothing to sofas, down to electronics. The car park can get extremely busy and becomes quite difficult to get out of with the traffic so I'd recommend going outside of peak times.
People park like divs and the parking spaces are too close together also one way in and out isn't amazing and a one way system would be better. Apart from that there's a decent range of shops covering most requirements
Reasonable sized retail park spread over both sides of the road. Visited Scs , TK maxx and Asda living. The staff in Costa very happy and liked to help. The side nearest Forster Square train station can get very congested when trying to leave the car park onto the main road by the traffic lights.
There is definitely no shortage of car parking spaces. I wish it could be the same for bicycle parking. There is a good variety of shops. Crime seems to be minimal.
