Just bought a new bed from here. There's two people who work here that we know of, I think he may be called Sam and the lady is relatively new to the branch. Both of them are stars. Were very helpful and the best thing about these folks was two occasions we paid for some extra service, one being installation of the bed, and they couldn't do it but they immediately refunded that cost, they're very quick to action this. Overall, great experience buying a new bed and they chucked us 4 new pillows with the purchase which was a nice gesture.
there thanks for taking the time to hear my complaint, I trust you will take action according to the evidence provided, although Argos have left me traumatised I will be happy to give a chance for you to redeem your business reputation, as I am a regular customer but never been treated in this manner before. It has left me with severe anxiety, I feel vulnerable and scared to shop at Argos. I have a product I am not happy with and I am well within my rights to exchange or return. I purchased a TV from yourselves, however realised once I arrived home that this was the incorrect size for my wall mount. I came into store on Wednesday 21st February at around 3:30pm and tried to exchange the Tv, baring in mind it was all sealed and boxed as it came. I was told I was unable to. I was then humiliated and embarrassed by the manager, who kept coming in my personal space. I already suffer with mental health issues , such as anxiety and depression and I find it a struggle to leave the house on days due to the trauma I have lived with my ex partner. I suffered from domestic violence from my ex partner which has left me with life long mental health issues with anxiety. The manager Chris came right in my face and was screaming and shouting. He kept coming towards me. I stepped back every time and he would step forward, coming closer to me. This has left a severe impact on my mental health. I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers . My TV was picked up and left outside in the rain. I would like details of the financial ombudsmen and take this matter further. I would like a call from the area manager, or I will be taking this to the newspapers and telling everyone my story of how I was treated by a so called manager. Argos is a massive reputable company and I will never be shopping in any of your stores again. Since I have left your store, I have had to seek medical advice due to the amount of panick attacks I have suffered due to the 2 members of staff who were there in store mistreating me. I also have recorded this and can provide video evidence. I would like the ombudsmen details and an area managers call to discuss the matters in more details or I will be getting my legal team involved
Went to NCS found a sofa. Staff were helpful, polite and so funny. Excellent service
Not too bad for shopping, quite a bit of variety, electrical, clothes, sofas, sports wear. Good for free 2 hour parking
A very lovely place. It is like a one stop shop. So many luxury and designer items are sold here. There are so many retail outlets like Currys, ASDA, Argos, TkMaxx, Next, Subway, etc. From household items, to electronics, computers, clothes, shoes, etc. A lovely place to visit.
Varied choice of outlets I enjoyed a wonder round the pound? store. Huge choice of things to buy. Large car park, but you may have to drive around to find a spot at busy times, especially near the station.
Good place, massive free parking space is available, a lot of good stores are located at this point
Busy shopping parking with amble parking and Costa Coffee and TUI and the usual shops, Argos and big Tesco's.
Great car parking for all the shops in that area. It’s 3 hours free parking and only a 10 minute walk from the main town Center and Broadway Shopping Mall.
A great shopping centre with lots of shops for a shopping spree to satisfy even the most eager shopper in Bradford from buying sportswear to furniture it's all here.. however you could use more places to eat than simply McDonald's.
