I have been a customer of Mark and the Finchley Clinic for a number of years.  I have to say that Mark has always provided me with valuable advice in terms of using products to help me overcome severe digestive issues, and I know I can rely on him to offer his opinion when asked.  Although Mark is running a business, I feel he has a genuine interest in helping people to get better, and is not simply out to make a profit at the expense of the individual.  I also feel very strongly that Mark is a valuable resource and that the constant meddling of the EU with their rules and regulations regarding 'alternative' medical treatments should be stopped, as often the big 'pharma' medications do not work, and all they seem to be interested in is profit.

Awful customer service - rude staff who don't care whether you received your product or not - will blame you for problems on their website that cause your order to be sent to the wrong place. Their products are hugely expensive and it seems this is purely because they like taking your money without caring whether or not the goods are delivered to the right place. Steer clear and order from Amazon instead, who resolve problems on the spot. I paid over £70 for a small pot of supplements from the finchley clinic and they blamed me for why it went to the wrong address, even though this resulted from a glitch in their system. Their manipulative, unapologetic, unhelpful and offensive emails to me when I queried the delivery were unacceptable. Never again.

Shocking customer service. 5 weeks no item call them to inquire AND SHE'S RUDE TO ME !!!    Never again will I use this place!

Mark Lester was very generous with his time and extensive knowledge from our first conversation, providing me with all of the information I required to decide whether I wished to explore the options he suggested. After our initial discussion, I felt happy to proceed with his recommendations. Mark has made me feel confident that I will resolve my chronic health issues whilst under his attentive and experienced care. I have every faith in his products and firmly believe that I shall recover and regain a normal life due to his involvement.
