3 Stars to Parkview and 3 stars for their salesman Rick Phillips who was there before, during and after the sale.  Usually once you buy, you never hear from them again but Rick has helped every step of the way.  He has gone above and beyond helping me get in touch with the right people to get things done/fixed that were not done properly or broken when I moved into my new condo.   The reason he went down in stars is because he deceived people with lies about the place.  They set the condo fees too low to cover the expenses.  They building quality is poor and Parkview doesn't stand behind their product nor do their subcontractors.  They are all in it for a buck.

Parview homes and Park West Condos are great and in a great neighborhood. The Condos are well done, perfect size units, paint colors are modern yet classy, carpeted halls with beautiful wood entry doosIf your moving to peterborough or looking for a great real-estate investment check out Peterborough Ontario and Parkview Homes.

We bought a new-build home in this lovely, peaceful and quiet subdivision. We received personalized service from Paul as we were purchasing and great follow-up service from Mike during our PDI.  Absolutely delighted with our home!
