Very efficient service with great parking. The indoor hub area to wait is immaculate as indeed were the toilets. Bus staff are friendly with plenty of stopping off points which includes University Hospital North Durham. Takes the hassle out of trying to find a parking space in central Durham which is often extremely difficult.
Good place to park your car and take the bus. Also buses run on time no waiting around or trying to find parking in Durham.
Updated review.nnThis service used to be really good. Unfortunately since the demise of the Scarlet Band bus service and with Central taxis taking over it's shocking.nnFirst bus of the day is regularly late for commuters, sometimes doesn't turn up at all. The schedule of one every 15 minutes can't be worked out because drivers leave early or arrive late.nnWhat response do you get for contacting Durham Council? A generic reply that couldn't care less.nnIf you want to use this, plan to be early because if you're on time you'll probably be late. Or just park in Durham, it's more advisable even though it's more expensive.
In the process of being extended to give more spaces. Building is small but modern. Car park spaces good size. Just a bit barren and wind swept but overall not bad at all
