Shambles. Buses regularly don't turn up or two come together. They're expanding the capacity of this car park but doesn't seem like they have enough drivers to cater for the existing demand.
This is ideal ,park up, jump on the bus to your destiny, no hassle !! get off and on where you want . So stress free. Always lovely clean and organised too !! Drivers always friendly .
Updated review.nnThis service used to be really good. Unfortunately since the demise of the Scarlet Band bus service and with Central taxis taking over it's shocking.nnFirst bus of the day is regularly late for commuters, sometimes doesn't turn up at all. The schedule of one every 15 minutes can't be worked out because drivers leave early or arrive late.nnWhat response do you get for contacting Durham Council? A generic reply that couldn't care less.nnIf you want to use this, plan to be early because if you're on time you'll probably be late. Or just park in Durham, it's more advisable even though it's more expensive.
Only way to get into Durham. Was very busy due to fire and ice. First bus was full , but didn't have to wait long for another.
Easy to park and ride into durham I use it all the time just remember it closes at 7 you can not leave your car there overnight
