I contacted Parks via the website from Australia. Sarah very quickly replied and was able to assist with arranging a test drive on my return to Scotland. She has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable such that I have now ordered a new XC60 and am extremely happy. Cannot recommend Sarah and Parks highly enough.

So I got a towbar fitted, but I can't use it until the module is fitted due to tech sheets being incorrect at Volvo. I've travelled 40 miles and have to bring it back. So that's me doing 160 miles and only getting government guidance return on fuel allowance I got given was the protection cap for the tow ball that I can't use.. Keighley who I delt with was lovely but I'm slightly disappointed at Volvo.

Delay in them not being able to confirm payment received from bank, despite confirmation available - had to do another 2 hours round trip the next daynn“Forgot” to say ahead of time they want another >£780 for the tax and “complimentary” - ?????- fuel until the last minute.nnCould be a lot better, I’ll be purchasing elsewhere next time

Great service from James, a lovely young man who went out of his way to help us find our perfect car. Will definitely be buying our next car from Parks Ayr.

We enjoyed the pleasure of dealing with Sarah, wonderful customer service and a delight to deal with.
