Just picked up my new car from Arnold Clark and what can I say.. From start to finish the whole process was nothing short of amazing... David Farrell is a credit to Arnold Clark, nothing was to much trouble. This was my first experience of buying a car and would not hesitate in the future to go to Arnold Clark... Simply the best in my opinion.
Picked up my car yesterday and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was amazing. John Gilroy was really professional, I had loads of questions to ask and he was extremely helpful and friendly, there was no stress whatsoever, everything was really easy, experience couldn’t have gone any better, highly recommend Arnold Clark Ayr Kia! :
John Gilroy was very professional from start to finish. Advised me on what car to order that would suit my needs. I was kept updated at all times. The car was delivered early and I am so very happy with everything about my purchase .
We initially spoke to Gavin who was very patient with my dad as he was looking over the car and arranged a test drive. We then had Andy as our salesman and he too was excellent. There was no pushy sales tactics. Andy was great at explaining how to sort out the insurance changeover too. We hadn’t intended to even buy that day as we had seen another car elsewhere but we got a good price which included trading in my old car. When we picked it up it was spotless inside. I am very pleased with my car and would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a new car.
Picked up my new car today, absolutely over the moon with it! David Farrell was great from start to finish very professional and friendly always in contact throughout the process. Would highly recommend. x
