Worst experience, enquired about a car in weekday and I was not able to make it to showroom until Sunday. Initially i was pestered with multiple phone calls a day to get to order the car even before i had a look or test drive the vehicle. I live in Glasgow so had to go upto Ayr on a weekend, the salesperson made me do the bank finance before weekend so its easy for me to drive up the car same day I go to test drive, which was great until I went up to Ayr. In the video they send they did not include any scratches and dents the car had, which was misleading, and when I saw the car, the entire car interior was a replacement of the second products, the interior mirror wasnt original, the cupholders seperator was missing the interior had scratches all over and the controls area had propelling paint that i even cut my finger with. The right side door panel on the structure of the car had a huge dent which i saw on my own and wasnt made aware of. It looked like an accidental repaired car totally and was not mentioned ever before, the video was just a quick walked through without any detailed info. I did the entire finance payment and booked the car, got insurance done, paid for everything.nExtremely dissappointed as I never expeted Arnold clark to sell a car in this condition and I lost a lot of money to insurance as well for changing the car before as it was a Sunday I had to prepay for insurance plus travelling up and down Ayr for nothing, as information provided was insufficient. Absolute waste of time enery money and Efforts.
The salesman Donny, convinced me to test drive a car, said I would love it, sent me pictures, he asked me to arrive at 2pm, had me sitting for 30 mins before he came near me, and the car was already sold. Basically just a ploy to get me in, trying to show me a different car.
Bought a car from them to be delivered up to Dundee , excellent service from start to finish.
Collected vehicle to deliver to Manchester the entire staff were very friendly and helpful thanks
