Booking was very easy and the driver actually turned up 15 minutes early. He was happy to wait for the pickup time as well. The car was comfortable, the driver was safe and we arrived in good time. The price was as quoted - all in all a great service and we'd use it again.

Can I just say I don’t usually leave reviews, but on this occasion I absolutely have to. I was recommended Taxi Wembley by a fellow mum and they’ve exceeded my expectations. Very easy to book, lots of communication, great driver, very clean car and all these at a best price I could find. I will definitely be using them again in the future. THANK YOU!

Our drivers -- both from the airport and to -- were wonderful, we booked with Taxi Wembley because of the car seat option (which most other mini cab companies don't offer!). That being said, our drivers drove safely, arrived promptly, and got us to our destinations on time. I would highly recommend this company!

I booked a cab all the way from United States via email for my pickup from London Heathrow, had a rapid response back they knew what they was doing. I was shocked with how quick they responded back to me. The driver was friendly like to say a big thanks to Ali.

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a cab to and from Wembley to Gatwick for 6 passengers and 6 suitcases. The car that came literally had no boot space, but we managed to squeeze everything in, because there was an extra seat in the cab. It was uncomfortable, but it had to be done. The way back from Gatwick though, was the worst, the driver was supposed to greet us, but was 25 mins late. The car that he had was even smaller than the one we went in. The guy said that he won't accept any luggage to be taken and wasn't willing to even try. And when we asked him to rectify the situation by either calling a bigger cab or another car, he just said the company isn't answering their phone, so there's nothing he can do. We were left late night in the cold. I had to then call another service, explained that we needed a big enough cab, and thankfully got a mini van that fit all of us. The worst thing is we couldn't even got hold of this company to help us out. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE!!!
