Really enjoyed our stay at Park Place Guest House. Maxine is very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed (most important of all) was very comfy. Lots of delicious choices for breakfast. Maxine's little touches like offering us sandwich bags to pack our breakfast leftovers for our walking trip were really helpful and made this place stand out. Overall brilliant experience.

“Were met with a lovely warm smile by Maxine. Was welcomed by lovely cup of tea & Welsh cakes. Yum yum. Given the best room with views over the fields & mountains. Maxine informed us of things to do around also she couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was a problem. The guests too were very friendly. Really had lovely chats with all & were invited to a classic car show which we both attended & loved. Ideal place to stay & do all the walks. Maxine was so lovely & also gave us a card & a bottle of wine to celebrate our day. Thank you from the bottom of our heart Maxine.” Mr & Mrs Varambhia

Lovely B&B in Crickhowell. In close proximity to some great walking routes and some fantastic places to eat (The Vine Tree was particularly good). The host was lovely and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The room and the bed was a good size with lovely views of the surrounding area. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Quiet location, parking for a large van. Friendly landlady and two pubs a short stumble away. Perfect.
