i have had to visit Park Medical Centre on more than one occasion and cannot fault the staff or the doctors, the receptionists have been professional, warm, courteous and understanding, and when i have been seen by the doctor, they have dealt with my concerns and ailments with utmost professionalism and i would not hesitate in recommending them to others

My experience with Park Medical Chester has been great. They have an online booking system, which you can book blood tests, see a GP and telephone appointments. So I don't even need to ring up! I've been seeing one GP since being there so I can't speak for the others at the practice, but she's the best GP I've seen, full stop. I hope I never need to change practice. Highly recommended.

Patient and thorough, prompt appointments and always willing to go that bit extra when you need it, really friendly staff from receptionists to doctors, can't praise the practice enough 😀

Absolutely terrible. Have been going there since I was a child, and unfortunately I am still there as its my closest GP. The receptionists are absolutely useless, can't answer the phone after ringing for over 45 minutes. The majority of the times I call in the day, they are either in "training" for 5 hours from noon-5pm or don't bother answering the phone. I'm starting to think the phone has been left off the hook as its constantly saying user busy for 45 minutes which is ludicrous. The receptionists are rude, arrogant and think they are higher than a receptionist status. Truth is all they are there for is to answer the phone and quicken the patient-doctor process. But with the computer programme which actually makes you sign in yourself, someone tell me the point of the receptionists. This has made me very frustrated as you can tell but at the end of the day, they work for us patients not the other way around.
