I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, there was one major issue I had with your staff. I needed the restroom and got lost on my way to it leading me to the kitchen. Standing in front of me was a short, Asian, child washing the dishes. This deeply concerned me as I was fearful that despite the establishments clean luxurious look, it seemed as though it was running on child labour. This is extremely saddening to see such a young child being used for labour and not being able to enjoy their younger years. I would advise all readers to avoid this establishment as i will be doing.

I recently won a voucher for a free Decadent Champagne Tea with use of the Spa facilities and it included a a free beauty treatment for which I chose a back massage. On arrival I was met by Clare who showed me round the Spa area. She gave me a full tour and explained everything which immediately put me at ease. After a swim in the pool and a little time in the jacuzzi I went for my massage. The masseuse was Louise who was a total professional and gave me a great massage. On completion I made use of the sauna and steam room. Back into the pool area where my afternoon tea was organised by Maeva. I was in for a big surprise!! The afternoon tea was a magnificent feast served with a large glass of champagne. Scones, jam, sausage rolls, clotted cream, sandwiches, blinis and a huge selection go mini-cakes. I couldn't eat it all and ended up sharing with another guest. Well done for great service, professional staff and total cleanliness.
