I like this place and visit alot. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the food is good value. They do a lovely Sunday roast! I especially like their opening hours on a sunday which means we can have a lazy morning, walk the dog and go in for a late lunch. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that their chairs are really uncomfortable and sometimes when it is really busy, it can be a bit slow but don't like those comments put you off visiting.

Very good food with great service. Can get very busy on Sundays, but with the wait for the roast dinner. Good beer selection, normally sine local beers on tap. Large outside garden with tables with decent views. Carpark a bit small and can be used to park, especially if you own a large car.

What a great find whilst on a dog walk , amazing food and local Gins. Excellent staff and service. Highly recommended.

Usually pretty good. Good beer and friendly. Nice food. Kid's chicken goujons could have more chicken and less goujon.

Dreadful customer service! Till error meant that the guy behind the till accused our table of not paying up, when in fact we had. Even when proving we had all paid he replied with "well the till doesn't lie" and then when we said "we won't be coming back" he replied "even better!". Not a great attitude to customers who were honest and polite!
