BEWARE.. this company took my money.. TWICE the estimate! and still left me with an unfinished home unsuitable to live in!!!!....in response to Colin Waters reply to my review....the survey stated that 'the home had reached a stage that full refurbishment was now required'. yes the home was more rotten than we thought but Colin Waters has admitted in correspondence that he should of done his own survey instead of relying on Blue Chips. He totally underestimated the cost. There was bad communication and accounting of my money and then him pulling out of the job leaving me with a home that was a shell with no kitchen, no bathroom, unfinished roof tiles, exterior finish and electrical cables left dangling to name but a few. I then had to pay for a lawyer who told him that he was in Breach of Contract. He agreed to finish my home for a new agreed price but never turned up on the date he told my solicitors. His manner since has been unacceptable.

The review written by Jennifer Webb/Pidgeon is totally incorrect. Mrs Webb/Pidgeon bought a completely rotten and very old mobile park home and on a survey written by Blue Chip Surveys stating it was in good condition. We priced our estimate on the survey Mrs Webb/Pigeon gave us. On starting work we found the home not only completely rotten but it was at least 3 times the original estimate. ANYONE wanting to see the original photos and estimate please just ask.
