"Full Range Fitness is a Personal Training Gym in Polegate. Every session is fully coached by a team of Personal Trainers and qualified CrossFit Trainers. We believe exercise should be Fun, and something you look forwards to rather than something to endure. We serve clients in Polegate, Hailsham, Eastbourne and surrounding areas with Personal Training, A Private Gym to use, Excellent Equipment, Showers, Individual Changing Facilities and a Cafe. Our Nutritionist provides guidance on how to best support Weight loss. We offer plenty of social events and the friendliest gym atmosphere around. There are 100 sessions available every week to choose from, 7 days a week, with a flexible booking system."

LIFE CHANGING! FRF is more than a gym, it's a community. I joined not having a clue what I was doing, but the coaches are so amazing they break down every movement for you and encourage you to do your best. Everyone is at different fitness levels but you're never made to feel like you can't achieve greatness. It's not just the coaches that encourage you its the other members too, all supporting each other, which makes it such a great welcoming environment, not like other mainstream gyms. We are team mates not opponents! As well as the workouts, there's opportunities to get involved socially, in house competitions and friendly socials. Like I said, more than just a gym. Definitely take the leap and join, you won't regret it! :
FRF is a fantastic gym. It is so much more than just a ‘gym’ the coaches are brilliant and know every member as an individual. The atmosphere is great and everyone is welcome. All achievements are celebrated and respected no matter what your ability. Just a great gym to be part of
Such a friendly gym. Everyone is supportive, whatever level you are at. The class based workouts mean there is always a coach making sure you are ok and everything can be scaled so people of all ages and abilities can workout together. If you are looking for support, community, good coffee and health/fitness results all whilst having fun, then look no further! I had never lifted a weight before I joined, but stepping in that door a year ago was the best thing I did.
The coaches are highly knowledgeable, encouraging and really approachable. They go over and above any trainers I’ve ever known to make sure they do everything they can to support us to reach our goals, they understand changing lifestyles and will listen and work with you to help change routine in-line with that and that care and support reflects the culture of the gym itself, it’s a lovely friendly welcoming community of people.
I can't recommend this gym highly enough. I have never been great at going to the gym because I didn't really know what I was supposed to do and honestly I wasn't keen on exercise. I love the classes and the instructors are so encouraging and push you to achieve your goals. I have lost weight, toned up, got fitter and I cannot wait to get to class. The classes are small and the exercises are varied so you don't work the same area of the body everytime. If you want results and have fun this is definitely the gym for you.
I joined FRF following a nasty horse riding accident which left me feeling very unfit and vulnerable. Now, nearly a year later, I'm confident, the fittest I've ever been and loving being stronger! I thoroughly recommend FRF, all of the coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is top notch and you're never short of encouragement! It's the best gym ever!
A very welcoming gym with knowledgeable instructors and a friendly/ motivating atmosphere. No matter what your level you will be pushed to your limits and will feel amazing after each session. I wish I had joined sooner!
Great gym for all abilities with excellent coaches. Very friendly and supportive. I have been going for a few years now and my fitness has improved massively.
I joined the 6 week challenge having seen the call for participants on facebook. Its challenging but the supportive team have made this a perverse pleasure ! Ive already at week 4 exceeded my expectations of myself and surprised myself as to what I can do in my later 50s. I can feel a positive change in my body and mind . The team are supportive and knowledgable and push us in a supportive way . I feel able to ask questions and to seek adaptation when my body hits a limit. Ive been bored in gyms before but not here as the daily workout changes each day so I get a new challenge each time , which is great and motivates me more. Equally important is the fabulous community of members they have created , who are so supportive and welcoming. I look forward to seeing those I meet most , and when Ido different times meeting new people. At first I was intimidated by those on higher levels and had to learn not to compare myself with others which has been highly liberating I highly recommend this gym or rather service
I come across Full Range Fitness through facebook advert. I was looking for a fitness space that can support me with my disability. I was diagnose with Multiple Sclerosis and it affected my mobility and now my balance. The first few days, I was nervous because I am wobly, I have trouble with my knees and my back can be stiff. Because of that, I feel insecure and seeing people lifting heavy weights than me. After few sessions, I was thankful for the coaches because they really supported me and give me options of what I can do. You would think that the coaches will just instruct everybody but they really give time to help the people who needed extra support like me. Now, I can deadlift 60kg, I always look forward to the day that I will come in and everyone is friendly. The coaches will always be there to hear your concerns and give you options and assurance that you need.I will highly recommend to come and see what they are made of. It maybe scary at first but I assure you that you will love it at the end.
