Too naggy.  When I go to see the doctor, I just want consultation on whatever problem I have, not being pressured to take up all of their additional services.  I think they get paid for the number of people they refer, so they constantly pressure you into it.  Also they have a policy that you cannot get treatment if you are overweight, even if the surgery has nothing to do with your weight, i.e. poorly healed broken nose, sterilisation, hearing problems, etc.  So if you go here, just be prepared for a lecture before they help you.
