I stayed here with my two children and dog the other day. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and spacious with a homely feel and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great, best omelette I've ever had. We will defently stay again.

Dated but warm clean & comfortable place to stay. To begin in the morning a bar with a choice of cereals and juices. A menu on the table with a lot of choice for a cooked breakfast. A large car park with plenty room to accommodate customer cars. Only a five minute journey from Carlisle City centre.

Loved this place food was exceptional rooms massive
They are dog friendly and unlike other hotels you can have your breakfast with your dog next to you
Across the road is a great dog walk just follow road down till you see signs 
The pub also has a garden

It was an excellent two night stay. Very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The home cooked food and the cosy atmosphere was spot on.

Bit out of town but nice, a bit  quiet food great room good bar cosy dinning room nice owners realy friendly nice people
