Why are you not open on a Friday night. We had a couple of refreshing jars of beer at the local pub and was hoping for some tasty pizza action for after. You've hurt are feelings by not being open. Our stomachs are now going to have to suffer a secondary choice of pizza. How can you do this 😢

I went to papa johns after work and ordered 2 large pizzas and a large bottle of Pepsi to take home to my wife and kids. After waiting a good 20 mins I heard them say that the delivery driver took the wrong pizza out which I was to find out it was one of mine. They said the would make me a fresh one which I would of had to wait another 20 mins while my other pizza sat there. I over heard one of the staff say that it had happened before. In the end I asked for a refund which was dissapointing.

Wouldn't even be a one star for the pizza. It was cold and chewy.  Tried it cause everyone says how good it is and very disappointed. God some chicken wings and bites which weren't to bad compared to the pizza. Will never be ordering again.
They say "love your pizza or we will deliver you another absolutely free" on the box... But was glad to get rid of the first one, nevermind get another one and have to get rid of that!
For thea prices they charge (without deals) you would expect alot better quality?

Absolutely shocking !!!@!@ my husband went in today and came home with half the order missing. 45 min later order still not here. We then had to phone a second time to ask where it was, only to be told oh ye it is on its way. The people of penwortham will not stand for this. We have high end service from high end take away . If the place was cheap I would understand but no it is very expensive . I am very well known around penwortham and I personally will be telling every one to avoid this place like a virus . The area manager will be getting a face to face complaint as well . Do not go here !!!!!!!

Wow!! The delivery driver stood there waiting for a tip!!! Anyway that's the not point haha but what I am pissed about is paying  £25 to basically eat 1 slice of pizza that nearly broke my teeth it was that hard and as for the bbq chicken no sauce what so ever and was like rubber ....this turn out to be one chocolate brownie
