Lovely campsite in the most stunning location. Within walking distance of mountain lakes, waterfalls, standing stones and stone circles. All truly stunning. Friendly hosts and the clean, basic facilities were enough for us
A camping ground with very basic facilities, but a soundtrack that wakes you up in the most wonderful, gentle way. Pete and his wife were very friendly and helpful when arriving also.
Enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Basic facilities , 2 toilets , one shower , no hot water except for in the electric shower . Soon got used to boiling our own water and washing up at the tent although there was a washing up sink with a cold tap . Very nice owners , even enjoyed the 8am morning sheep and cattle chorus . Peaceful , quiet , except when we played cricket in the evening . In the top corner I loved the sound of the stream behind the wall , I miss that.
A lovely quiet place nestled in mountains leading to the Cregenann Lakes. The owners are very friendly and kindly offer information about local places of interest. The campsite is clean and tidy and has some spectacular views. I believe the campsite is open through out the year. Good news for me as I will be definitely returning.
We wanted to camp one night so we went there but we didnt find it nice.

The power supply is reasonably priced at £3, but the kettle was not usable, so it would be better to check before using it. There seems to be other holiday cottages. Original £16111£10 £3
